Two parties, one table
Strangers at a shared table get one bill, and somebody splits it by hand.
Restaurant POS & Management
The restaurant system built for the 8 pm rush: bills by the seat on shared tables, plate and parcel on one bill, a kitchen that clears itself, GST-ready bills — and a till that keeps going when the internet does not.
Built for the rush
Every one of these is a workaround your staff make up on the spot. Eagle Dine was designed around each of them.
Strangers at a shared table get one bill, and somebody splits it by hand.
The parcel goes in the remarks, and the kitchen guesses which plate to box.
The counter stops — or a retry sends the same order twice.
A web till changes under the cashier's hands on a Saturday night.
Tickets for tables that paid an hour ago are still on the board.
What sold, what was cancelled after cooking, what the food cost — known only after closing.
What makes it different
Not a longer feature list — the moments that decide whether a busy night runs smoothly.
Strangers at one shared table each get their own order and bill — T4-A, T4-B. Guests can leave one by one.
Pack one of three biryanis with a tap. One ticket tells the kitchen what to plate and what to box; (P) prints on the bill.
Every order and payment carries a one-time key and is sent again when the line is back — nothing lost, nothing doubled.
The Windows POS carries its own copy of the screens. A website update cannot change it; only installing a new version can.
The moment a bill is paid, that table's tickets leave the kitchen screen. The board shows only food still owed.
A tile per payment mode — cash, UPI, card — and Collect works only when the split adds up to the bill. No short collections.
Before the day starts, untick what the kitchen has not made. Those dishes disappear from ordering until they are back.
Bill asked, food ready, print failed — each reaches the person who acts on it, and never opens a screen they were not given.
Everything in one system
The floor as it is, live on every screen.
How a table flows
Tap a table — or a seat at a shared one.
The KOT prints at the right station.
The table asks; the counter raises a GST bill.
Cash, UPI or card — the kitchen clears itself.
One tap, and the Z report is ready.
One system, three ways in
All three work on the same live data — a table seated on a phone is on the till the same second.
For the owner and the back office: setup, menu, stock, reports and role access — from any browser.
The till at the counter. Drives the bill and kitchen printers and the cash drawer, and never changes mid-service.
One app; the login decides the screen. Waiters take orders at the table, owners see the day from anywhere.

Yes. Orders and payments taken while the connection is down are kept on the till and sent once, safely, when it is back — nothing is lost and nothing is entered twice.
A Windows PC or touch-screen terminal for the counter, a thermal printer for bills and KOTs, and any browser for the back office. Waiters can use Android phones or tablets. We help you choose and set it up.
